Other: The dump under the bridge entering/exiting The Switchyard park is absolutely a disgrace! Enforce the laws on the books! This town is in the middle of a homeless drug addiction plague. on a daily bases i'm seeing more and more people walking around the downtown area with suitcases all leaving or heading towards the shalom center. This needs to stop! Private citizens are having to take defensive measures (fencing around their business) in their own hands and money because this woke mayor is pandering to these lawless people that don't pay taxes. We are the ones paying the taxes it's time to represent the Bloomington tax payer.
