Other: One of the Bradford pear trees damaged in the storm has a large branch -- at base probably 8-9" in diameter-- broken off and caught up on other branches about 20' up. I think a good wind will bring it down probably at least partially on the sidewalk. It's the middle of three Bradford pears on the east side of S Fess between 703 and 701. Could be the whole tree needs to be taken down? Thanks!
