Other: There is a trail that connects Lower Cascades to the Skate Park at Upper Cascades by passing the waterfall. The trail is clear except near the north trailhead, just off the northwest corner of the basketball court at the Skate Park. Where the pavement ends the trail is so overgrown that it is nearly impassable and one has to push through the foliage. It would be much appreciated if you would trim through this section so we could continue running this trail as it is now impossible to run through here. Thank you!
