City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Resolved #176416

City Performance:

Other: Stop pursuing opposing goals. You now have a form to more vigorously enforce a stupid policy of artificially limiting occupancy without a clear connection to size, parking, etc. While you also want to increase density? So let's get this right ... You want to build expensive structures (which I don't oppose) when you could create that many beds by simply dropping the archaic anti-modern family rule of capping huge units at three people for no reason? Think this through. We have empty unutilized bedrooms in this town. You're being held hostage by special interests. We need creative and real solutions to affordability. They exist.
