Other: Excessive Growth: Why has case #174610 still open (first reported on Febr. 1, 2021)? On E First Street: low hanging branches over the sidewalk. The address of the house, though, is 713 Clifton.Why cannot the home owner be told to cut back the long grasses and tree branches?
