Other: I don't think 10th really needs expanded but if you do that recommendation make sure a signal goes in at 10th and Smith. It's already dangerous there turning left from Smith. Right turners squeeze by and obstruct view. Left turn protections and flow needs improved both at 10th and Smith and Third and Smith

INDOT is the agency responsible for the section of E 10th (SR 45) east of the bypass (including all intersections along the road in addition to E 3rd (SR 46) at the Smith Rd intersection. INDOT has a project in development to add some turn lanes on E 10th St in the vicinity of the Pete Ellis intersection and planned improvements for the intersection of 3rd and Smith.
