Blocked Sidewalk:
Other: Said walk on south side of 14th Street just east of Woodburn avenue. This is the north side of the property at 922 North Woodburn. Completely obstructed by Bush going from the side. Also, it's supposed to be a 5-ft wide sidewalk but the minimum clear area is 3 ft wide because the hillside has come down on the sidewalk. That was a mistake when the house was built. It should have been rectified then. But maybe it should be rectified now.
