Blocked Sidewalk:

Other: sidewalk on south side of tenth st, just east of rogers. Closed for trades district garage (garmong project). the garage is open. I observed cars using it. The MOT said through feb 28, 2021. This barricade is completely inappropriate at this time. It hadn't moved in months and months - the sand bags deteriorated to rags as i moved them. This should have been taken care of months ago!
