Other: I walk through Switchyard Park on a regular basis, generally between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. I notice that the restrooms at Switchyard Park open at 10:00 a.m.; I urge you to consider opening them at 8:00 a.m. The park gets quite a lot of use, as early as 7:30 a.m., by joggers, bikers, skateboarders, pickle ball players, etc. Personally my wife and I have needed the restroom on several occasions before 10:00 a.m. Recently I saw a gentleman who appeared rather frustrated that the restrooms weren't open at 8:30 a.m. Please consider an earlier opening time. Many thanks.
