Other: Southside walk on 11th Street just east of college avenue. They moved the fence to be too close to the Jersey barriers. It's about a foot of clearance. And that's if you're willing to walk on the base of the fence. Less than that if you aren't. In addition they've allowed cones to accumulate fully blocking the pedestrian access. I moved the cone. In addition you should check out the south end of their construction walk around on the east side of college just south of this photo. There's no handicap access and the access to sidewalk is partially obstructed.
The sidewalk is now clear and the concerns have been resolved.
