Other: Leaving Winslow Farms today at about 7:10 am and traveling toward Winslow Road, we saw a City pickup truck on the new multi-use path heading toward the high school. There was a jogger who obviously had to get off the path to allow him to pass. The truck was going at a relatively high rate of speed--probably as fast as the street speed limit. The street was not crowded, though it is being ground down and is bumpy. That sidewalk is often very busy--trucks have no business on that path at any time.
