Other: Trees, forested area is starting to encroach the street with no sidewalks. Also covering the no access sign on the cul we sac on N. Fritz Drive in Matlocks Heights. Is this a property owners responsibility, or the City's to clear this? Address is 2301 N. Fritz Drive.
