Traffic Related Complaints:
Other: Smith Rd often has folks speeding between E Third and Moore's Pike. There are no stop signs and no traffic monitoring... and too many folks just whiz along. It can be dangerous checking the mailbox or crossing the road and animals crossing the road are in peril. Need traffic monitoring and better placement of speed limit signage (the sign near the Lutheran Church is not nicely visible/not effectively placed....and it is the only one). The intersection at Smith and 3rd is horrendous. It is very difficult making a left from Smith to E 3rd and cars behind grow impatient. Thank you.
