Other: I noticed a large bald hornet nest in a city tree in the treeplot in front of 715 West 13th Street. City employees (trash collection), postal workers, and members of the public regularly walk down this sidewalk and they will be walking directly under this nest. My understanding is that bald hornets are quite aggressive, and this is unsafe. I hope the City can remove it quickly. Thank you. (Not sure if you can see it or not in the photo, it is quite large)
