Other: Too many cars, dump trucks, and even school buses are speeding on W. 17th St. west of the roundabout to the hill. Sometimes they're going in excess of 20 mph above the posted speed limit (which is 25 going east and 30 going west). Plus many of the vehicle, particularly motorcycles, have terrible mufflers that far exceed the noise specified by the Bloomington noise ordinance. It's unbearable at times (not exaggerating). I can't even hold a conversation on my front porch. And other neighbors are awakened every night by the noise.
