Other: I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize and thank Ms. Edie Henderson in the Bloomington Water Utilities Billing Dept. She is an asset to the city and all the patrons like me. Edie has been extremely helpful whenever I have approached her with a query. She is a truly phenomenal person who is dedicated to her job. She always goes above and beyond to assist over the years whenever we had a question. We thank her for her efforts and highly recommend her seniors to recognize Edie too for her outstanding work.
