We did not observe a sign at Kingston ad East Third. A sign at that location would likely be in the state highway right of way, and thus the responsibility of the IN DOT to remove. We did observe a City Church sign at on the west side of Kingston on the south corner of the driveway between Chick-Fil-A and the Target parking lot. However, this sign is on private property. We are preparing a Notice of Violation for City Church signs in the Right of Way at other locations.
