The signs by the Burger King, the bank, or the former Lucky's along Walnut Street are on private property. This whole shopping center has property lines that extend to the edge of the street. Since the Burger King property, the bank property, and the Lucky's property are separate, and owned by separate entities, none of them appears to be exceeding the amount of signs they may have on their property without needing a permit. It does result in some sign clutter in this area, but it is up to the property owners to decide if they want to let these signs remain on their property.
