Other: You guys have really messed up with the "new" residential parking permit application process. I am relatively computer savvy and it was difficult for me. I can't imagine how people without computers or who don't know how to do the multiple steps required will sort this out. My neighborhood has many elderly people who are really struggling with this process. Boo to you City of Bloomington. You could do better!
