The pole along with the signs attached to it and the sign sitting below it are in State ROW. We will add it to our list of items to send over to INDOT. Additionally, as mentioned in the comment, the signs by Wendys and Mattress Firm are on private property.

Staff will take a look. Any signs by the entrance to Wendys/Mattress Firm are going to be on private property. The "street" that leads to the entrance, which is Jacob Drive, is a private drive owned by Whitehall Crossing. Gates is City ROW, though, and we will see if the signs are located in the ROW for Gates.
