Other: Hello, I am one of the owners of Scout’s Honor Pet Retreat located at 511 W 11th Street. Over the last few days we have noticed a growing camp of unhoused persons in the trees on the southwest corner of Rogers and 11th, right next to our facility. We have had employees approached being asked for rides and have noticed a lot of trash being left around. We are asking that this encampment be looked into for the safety of our customers and employees, the health of our business, and the cleanliness of the area.
