Other: There is a "Silver Maple" with a site ID of 45202 (per https://bloomingtonin.treekeepersoftware.com/) that is currently dead/dying on my property. I am concerned that the tree may break during a storm and either cause a road block or may injure someone. I am reaching out to see if the city will remove this tree.
