Other: I was mowing my yard yesterday evening when I noticed a bicycle left on W. Seventh Street. I did not think about it until I read that the IUPD has had a number of bicycle thefts. So I went out today and the bicycle is still there. I leaned it by a light pole. It is an older Schwinn, dark blue, 15-speed, without a seat. Maybe it is one of the bicycles that was stolen.

CSS Oswalt checked the bicycle and it was not reported as stolen. However, since it had been abandoned, CSS Oswalt took the bicycle to the Bicycle Project.
