Other: While playing at the Lion's Den and Lower Cascades playgrounds, I've encountered employees smoking on the playground premises while children are present. They are the cleanup crew who care for the restrooms and trash. While I don't care about their habits or what they do with their break time, playgrounds are supposed to be a smoke free zone, and especially while kids are there.
