Street & Traffic Signs:

Other: 1615/1605 University: 'Speed Limit 25' sign being obscured by overhanging branches. Also, could the shrubs between 1615 and 1605 be trimmed to that they won't take up part of the street? With cars solidly parked on one side, sometimes it is hard to avoid hitting the branches.
