Other: I don’t know how many times I’ve complained about this light. In the morning it backs up traffic to the interstate and in the evening it backs up to Landmark ave. It is not the result of Catalent traffic. The light cycles even if there is no cross traffic. When it does cycle it first lights the west bound turn light whether or not there is anyone in that lane. The local residents are beginning to believe this light is left broken as a form of punishment for opposing annexation
We are aware of the problem and have ordered the part for repair. Contractor will repair.
