There are actually two spots in the 500 block that are over 2" in height (sidewalk upheaval). There is also one in front of 609 and one around 420 W. 6th that is on the east side of the alley where the sidewalk is 2" above the alley.

This location is on W. 6th Street, just west of Rogers behind Salvation Army, approximately 500-510 W. 6th St. There are at least three places that could be ground down, but probably only one is greater than 2", the one in the photo.
