Sidewalk & Curb Complaints:

Other: On the sidewalk on the corner of 8th and Washington, there is a square stone block embedded in the sidewalk. It is a tripping hazard. I have stumbled on it twice and this second time I broke my toe. I am not sure what it’s doing there, but it is immovable. It is on 8th St, beside the Stone Mansion on the corner.
