Other: I have no idea why it took so long, BUT it is so nice to be able to walk the b-line over the bridge and around the area of grimes and Morton and feel safe with my little kids. Please keep true to the rules and regulations surrounding Bloomington to provide to its citizens a safe community to raise children!
