Other: Referring to closed case #177273 (topless recycle can). We are very sorry about the confusion, but indeed, the can was gone from the curb the day after I reported this, so it is clear why you could not find it. Here is a picture from this morning and my husband's comment: 'The 'Rooming House' at 414/416 Mitchell. Recycling Bin has been without its top for months. What's in it today does not look like recycling.'
