Debris Removal:
Other: Garbage and debris all over the property and it's left there for days to blow into neighboring yards. City Bus shelter littered with garbage every day which collects overnight when the busses aren't running. Homeless citizens use the bus shelter as a living room from 4pm till midnight or later dropping garbage and causing noise disturbances. The free food cabinet in front of the property is a great idea, but canned food bakes in the direct afternoon sun every day which is a health hazard.
