Other: Private apartment company buses are stopping dead center on teh crosswalk to unload, wait, and load passengers. It blocks traffic. IU and city buses go up the block and use the pull off to do the same. Tell the private buses not to block the road. There are simply too many of them. Their passengers can walk the 100 feet just like normal people do. (it sits there 30 seconds to unload and load. Take that times 8 complexes and two runs an hour and you now have 8 minutes of 60 minutes blocked to traffic. It is already a bottle neck. This makes it much worse for no gain.
