Other: The sidewalk on Arden leading into Southeast Park has been blocked for weeks now. The Millstone contractors have been using it for construction storage. Could a better spot not be found for storing this equipment, perhaps one that doesn't shut down a pedestrian walkway? Space on the adjoining street could just have easily been used here.
