Other: There has been a red car with no plates parked behind and next to the house on the lawn for several months. Now there is another vehicle parked on the lawn. There is a problem with groundhogs in this neighborhood and I don't think this helps. Thanks.

Staff are drafting Notices of Violation and will close this case when they are mailed out to both the tenants and the property owners. Of note, the red car is on the property of 616 W. 12th and the white car is on 802 N. Fairview. Both properties will be receiving violation letters.
