Traffic Signals:

Other: The traffic light timing on college Mall at the Fazoli's entrance needs to be adjusted, cars are backing up in both directions into 3rd Street even. The light going in and out of the mall is much too long it should be much shorter and timed with the light on 3rd Street if possible.
