Other: As soon as the 'Domino's Hiring' sign at the corner of Woodscest and E Second was removed, a new sign appeared at the opposite corner: Woodscrest and E Second, at the Army Reserve Center Corner. Also, a similar Domino's Hiring sign has appeared at the cornor of E Second and High Street, right next to the junction box and ECC preschool sign. When you are there, you may want to check if all ECC Preschool signs are still all outside the ROW, they have been moving them around lately.
Staff checked on these locations. The Dominoes signs have been removed. The ECC preschool signs do not appear to be in violation at this time.
Northwest corner of 2nd and Woodscrest: We observed the sign today and documented it with photos. We are preparing a Notice of Violation warning for these signs at this and other locations. This sign was not removed, in order to have a clear way to verify compliance (that is, did the sign owner remove the sign) after the Notice of Violation is issued. Northeast corner of 2nd and High: We observed the sign today. It is on private property. At the time we observed, the ECC Preschool signs at this corner were all on private property, and the property is within their allowed limit of temporary signs without needing a permit.
