Other: I walk Kirkwood to get coffee at Soma every morning. Next to the Z and C Teriyaki across from Nick's is a homeless gentleman who is always sleeping there. There is always trash, sometimes a dog. Often he is also there at other times. He often is loud if he isn't sleeping. This has been going on a long time and I am not sure why he hasn't been asked to vacate. I understand that homeless individuals will be on Kirkwo and I have no pr with this. But the trash and the fact that he has chosen to camp out there is a concern

Trash is picked up on a regular basis. This division cannot resolve the issue of the person sleeping on the sidewalk. The Bloomington Police Department would be the proper agency to resolve that.
