After much phone calling between various departments in the City it was unclear who was responsible. M. Hirtzel (Public Works) and myself (Parks) contacted various utilities. M. Hirtzel was able to determine it was not a power line. AT&T came out approximate 10/7 to confirm the issue. They are scheduled to return sometime before mid October to correct issue.
