Other: When you are driving on Patterson toward Rodgers St., the light at Fairview turns red when there is no one at the cross street, Fairview. You then have to wait for a delayed signal, then you get a green light. 3-4 cars can make it through the light, and it turns red again with no traffic on the cross St., Fairview. Patterson is the main street. Why is the light turning red with no one on Fairview, slowing up traffic ON Patterson? This has been going on for a month!!!
