Other: Traveling east down 3rd street/46, heading toward the intersection with College mall road it is nearly impossible to travel straight through the intersection on a green light because there is always left turning traffic blocking the intersection due to backups on college mall road. I waited four light cycles and eventually had to abort my trip and turn right because it was apparent it wasn't going to be possible to continue through the intersection. This was at 11am on a Sunday. Please address this chronic issue. It is both frustrating and dangerous.
