Other: This is in regard to the light on the intersection of south college mall road and college mall (near ihop and fazolis). The light goes through the entire cycle before allowing cars through. It backs up onto 3rd and college because the light takes too long. In the middle of the night, when no cars are at the intersection, it requires to wait through entire left turn and straight cycles. Please adjust this to help traffic and to help late night drivers who are waiting 2+ minutes when there are no other cars.
