Other: The new side path along south High Street seems to be open, and all the closed under constructions signs have been removed. So it's a little frustrating to set off with your kids down to Child's only to find multiple vehicles parked on and blocking the path. Being directed to use High Street, with it's fast moving traffic, is not a reasonable detour to be provided with here. Can the city at least coordinate future work here to it happens at a time when all the neighborhood school kids aren't going to or from the local elementary school?
