closed: Resolved #177944

Trash:

Other: I have been hearing glass shattering outside of my apartment building on the parking lot. Tonight, I looked outside and noticed our neighbors, residents at 712 E Hunter Ave, throwing bottles and shattering them in the parking lot, next to parked cars. It occurs right outside their side door. They throw is from their door, to our dumpster. It misses and shatters all of the ground making it impossible to drive through the parking lot. This complaint was submitted anonymously, online to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management
