I appreciate you pointing out this crosswalk location. Unfortunately, research shows that simply painting a crosswalk on the street in these contexts does not actually reduce crash risk for pedestrians. We would likely want to do more than just paint (e.g. flashing beacons or a median refuge island or other treatment). I will add this location to our list for prioritizing crosswalk requests.
