Other: Big pot hole in drive with calvert

A CBU supervisor went to address this morning and found that the driveway is private.
This is culvert- has a hole in it. Can not be patched by Street.
Street Crews went out to hot patch and could not because its a hole in the culvert. Hot patch would only block the flow of water.
