Traffic Signals:

Other: The light on Walnut heading north at 1st Street has been functioning differently for a while now than it used to. It used to be that when the crosswalk signal for northbound pedestrians hit zero the light turned yellow. Now, the light stays green for a long time after that. The light on 1st Street is red way too long. The traffic on Walnut has a green light and starts to back up at 2nd because the Walnut light at 2nd is red from the prior cycle still. Can someone look at this and see if that Walnut light at 1st can be fixed so it is not holding on green for so long?
