Other: This cae has been sitting,unmoved, for about 10 days, at a curve in the road. It is preventing tree trimmers, leaf gatherers, garbage/recycling trucks from doing their jobs efficiently or, in the case of the tree service, at all. Please ticket and remove so that nobody hits it and services can proceed unhindered.
