Parking Meters and Citations:
Other: Parking Enforcement officer #303, Gary Rutherford, lied about having spoken with me in any capacity after having written me a ticket. County Clerk RayeAnn Cox also illegally refused me my legal right to know my accusing officers name for no reason, and refused to allow me to legally and officially file a complaint against her officer. She could not give me a reason that she refused me my legal right, and waited a full 24 hours with no explanation and no legal justification. They should both be reported and investigated for how they handle and abuse their power, as well as reviewed for termination for not legally serving the public by which they've been given this power.
