Potholes, Other Street Repair:

Other: Missing manhole cover. I noticed this last night when I ran over it. This is located here https://goo.gl/maps/zAy3Rp5vd3RHofNHA Please cover the hole and I would very much appreciate it if the city paid for my wheel alignment and tire balancing. This is not a normal pothole.

The Public Works Department sent an email this morning from this customer regarding the problem. This is a meter pit lid, and a work order was made to take care of this today. I did email the customer to notify him.
