Traffic Signals:

Other: signal takes to long to change. the signal at south I69 and 3rd st. I go threw there a 3:40 am. I have to set there and set there and set there. the one on the other sid of the bridge work good. the signal at 2nd and Patterson has not worked properly from the day it was installed. 2 minutes to change.
